      Hey MeAmor22,

      Preflop 3bet is ok. Villain looks like a fish and has a low Ft3bet. You also have position. Flatting would be fine also and is the default option given the positions.

      I prefer a check back on the flop. Villain may be folding 50% of the time overall, but perhaps not so often after he has just called a 3bet OOP. The hands that fold you beat, while he probably does not fold any PP on this texture.

      Checking down on turn and river is fine. You don't beat much after villain calls flop OOP and he may not be folding either.
