[NL2-NL10] KQo UTG 4bet vs BU squeezer

MP is 40/0/0 fish and BTN is a 16/15/7.0 aggressive reg with decent 3bet stats, and not much history I can recall. I expect he squeezes a lot (so far 67%)

Why doesn't he just let the fish stay if he has such a good hand? I don't want to get pushed around and I should get respect being UTG with good positional 20/18/2.0 stats and low 4bet?

I think I can 4bet a bit less, but I don't because I'm bluffing and the situation doesn't occur so often.

Poker Stars, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      BTN: $17.56 (175.6 bb)
      SB: $6.10 (61 bb)
      BB: $11.25 (112.5 bb)
      Hero (UTG): $16.92 (169.2 bb)
      MP: $3.97 (39.7 bb)
      CO: $5.80 (58 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K Q
Hero raises to $0.30, MP calls $0.30, CO folds, BTN raises to $1.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $3.20

I think that 4betting here is fine. I do expect villain's range to be quite wide due to the fact we have the fish in the hand, so I think we will have enough FE here.
About the sizing - I think that $2.7 will be enough.
