      I called my KTs IP because I think it is good vs his range and it can hit nice on the flop

      I hit top pair on the flop so I called it all the way down since no bigger cards got there and he seemed pretty loose so I didnt presume he would have an overpair here....not sure if misplayed or just something that happens from time to time

      I don't like your play here.

      Preflop I'd fold this hand. Villain is relatively unknown and KTs doesn't stand good even against wider MP range.

      On the flop, calling with the top pair is fine.

      As played, against his rather big bet, I'd be more inclined to fold the turn here. I am not sure if he bets like this worse hands here.

      On the river I think this is a fold, unless we expect him to bet busted draws here.
