      A raise on any street here would look quite strong and I think against this type of player with just 24% WTSD it will be hard to get value. On the flop you can get a hand like KQ to call since it won't believe you but that hand will vbet turn and often river as well anyway. Apart from that you can make him fold barreling hands like QJ, QT, backdoor flushes. On the turn QT gets there so value becomes a lot thinner. In his shoes I would fold KJ and given his own WTSD he might do so as well.. Check/call all the way imo.. you should win very often but when you raise you don't get value, too many better hands in his range imo.
