      opp is a fish 50/21/34h, 4.0AF

Actually I hate such boards. Which line here vs such player is better? Check-calling 2 streets and folding on a river? Bet / Check-call / Check-fold?
I really don't like an agressive play here, because if we get reaised we can probably fold the best hand. I don't want to increase bank very much.

What if I cbet and get called. What should I do on such turn? What should we do with blank turns?

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer

      UTG+1 ($25.25)
      CO ($21.65)
      BTN ($25)

      Dealt to Hero A:diamond: J:club:

fold, fold, CO calls $0.25, fold, fold, Hero raises to $1, CO calls $0.75

      FLOP ($2.10) 9:club: T:heart: J:diamond:

      Hero checks, CO checks

      TURN ($2.10) 9:club: T:heart: J:diamond: K:diamond:

      Hero checks, CO checks

      RIVER ($2.10) 9:club: T:heart: J:diamond: K:diamond: J:spade:

      Hey Vladimir,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Why are you so afraid of a raise? In most cases a raise on this board has us crushed and we can simply muck. We have little info on villain other than that he is a fish so we should simply bet flop for pure value.

Checking to him is like blindfolding yourself and then trying to cross a busy street without getting hit by the car. In other words you have no info so we don't know if he can bluff, what he can valuebet, etc.

But we know that most fish can call many worse hands if we bet the flop from Jx to Tx and Qx hands.

      Thank you.
So by default we should play bet / bet, and the river by situation?
And what should we do on not blank turns (like this for example)?

Try to always think in ranges.

If we bet flop what worse can call us (since we are vbetting)?

Now when the turn comes the K what worse can still call a bet? Can we turn the hand into a bluff and get better to fold?

The answer to both of these questions is: 'not many worse hands can call nor many better can fold".

So I would see myself check/folding the turn. And on that river, if he checks back, we bet for value versus 2p/1p.
