      I think this looks like a standard 3barrel spot (if river did not bring a 4-straight), KQ = AK here because he would 4b AK preflop.

      Preflop: I like the thin value 3b here vs someone who is not folding to 3b

      Flop: Standard bet

      Turn: I would just keep betting. I don't think this guy's floating range is that wide on a king high board texture. If board was Q864 and you had KQ then I think c/r turn makes more sense. Q and 8 are connected, and JT J9 T9 can all float you.
