Any articles designed for non-online play?

There's a lot of great articles on this site but they all seem to be designed for the online player. The only real money poker I have available to me is playing in person, so saying 'Use the stats!' doesn't help me a lot because I don't have the stats in front of me.

I'd like to see some articles that tell you, for instance, how to range somebody when you're playing them in person, or how to control the tells you're giving (Because I know my pulse rate jumps bigtime when I've got a nut). How do you learn to keep track in your head of what hands people have played and how, when you have eight people in front of you in a quick moving game and can't just right click on their avatar and write it down?
