Look back at the hand, my line looks too passive to me. Should I raise for value PF? CR flop?

Preflop: Not too great of a spot. But the 3bet size is kind of small so I think flatting the 3bet is reasonable. I personally would cold 4b vs this guy quite a bit with hands like AQ/KQ/AJ so I would be able to 4bet/call AK and QQ and maybe JJ here as well vs his wide 3b range.

Flop: You need to think about the 4way dynamic. How often is UTG going to lead air here? How often does he have 9X (he is a UTG raiser, so I don't think he has too many 9X). Would he lead a set on such a dry board?

What does raising achieve? Are we getting called by worse? Is our hand obvious (as QQ/JJ/TT)?

All in all, given the small 3bet squeeze size, while it makes it cheaper for us to cold call here, I think it almost always guarantees a 4way pot (pot odds are just way too good here for UTG and MP). Don't think we can play this all that profitably, which is why i usually prefer a 4b preflop here. I fear that we may be isolating ourselves vs AK+/QQ+ only which is why I Think you should be balancing this with some air.
