I think preflop is ok to call or...?

Postflop: Can i fold without info on this guy? KQ is the top of my range here (except 5 combos of 88/87s/89s).

Without any info, I'd fold KQo. You are isolating a fish, so your range will be tighter, than your usual BTN open range, and he 3bets quite big. Unless the fish calls, I don't think it will be +EV to call.
As played I think it's either one, or three streets bluffcatch, but betting 3 streets in 3bet pots, especially on blanks, will rarely be bluff, or weaker Kx, so I'd just call flop, and fold on this blank turn.

      Hi.

Preflop: When we have no info, it's better to 4b or fold. If you want to 4bet, make it 13$ and fold to a push.

Postflop: What is the bottom of your bluff catching range? And I think we shouldn't have put ourselves in this spot in the first place where we have 0 info and are completely clueless. This isn't a typical spot where we can make standard assumptions about our opponent's ranges - This is a rare spot where we iso-raise a fish and face a 3bet. I think many players have very different 3betting ranges here so it's hard to make a good guesstimate.
