The villain is playing with stats 24/21/7, fold to cbet 57% in 547 hands.

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
      SB ($9.90)
      BB ($9.95)
      Hero ($9.66)
      UTG+1 ($14.02)
      CO ($9.66)
      BTN ($8.51)

      Dealt to Hero J:club: A:club:

Hero raises to $0.30, UTG+1 calls $0.30, fold, fold, fold, fold

      FLOP ($0.75) J:heart: Q:heart: T:spade:

Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $0.50, Hero folds

      UTG+1 wins $0.70

Is my line here too passive or it is okay against this player?

      Hey Acetbfish,

Nothing too terrible with check/folding. I think check/calling may have a higher expectation. Villain may bet here with a wider range than he'd call vs a cbet, plus you are still drawing to the nuts. Vs a 2nd barrel you should fold though.
