I thought he didn't have Ax.and turn blank is not good bluff card so my bet seems strong.
If so, c/c twice turn river seems better because he may bluff.

What do you think this play?

i prefer c/c Flop cos he is unlikely to call you more than 1 street w less than AX here. In order to justify your bet F c/c T line, we need him to be floating a lot on the Flop, or turning made hands into bluffs like he did here which is not very likely given the nature of the board.

And he should definitely not be turning 99 into a bluff here, or at least i'd expect most people not to do so.

I prefer bet bet bet for max value from the rare AX hands he could have like AQ AJ.

      c/c F > bet X3 > bet F c/c T
