      We have a few options here

      1) Bet Flop and c/c blank Turn, c/f River
      2) Check/call Flop and decide on Turn, if turn gets checked, bet Turn
      3) Check Flop Check Turn Check River
      4) Check Flop Check Turn Bet River

      Honestly I don't see ourselves getting called by worse all that much after checking twice and betting river, though it really depends on how the opponent is thinking. I would pick option 4 vs a weaker player. Option 3 is good vs someone who likes to bluff the River after everything missed.

      Vs someone who is better I think option 1 or 2 may be better. This guy seems nitty, so I think his range here is mostly JJ/TT after checking back on the Flop. I'll probably bet once and hope he calls with JJ or TT with a diamond.
