      This is a bluff most of the time.
      Hes cold calling u preflop meaning he most likely has a small pocket pair or suited connectors.

      To me it looks like hes turning his 44+ into a bluff. If he wants value he will bet less because you played it so weak.

      He would float you a lot of hands on the flop. So I´d bet 3$ on the flop, 2/3 on the turn and on good cards also third barrel on the river.
