      Hi.

      This guy just seems like a bad aggro fish. I would call down like you did, especially for those odds. The thing to note about smaller bets is that even though people are less likely to bluff with such tiny bet sizes, our odds are super good to call down.

      Vs Regs
      The average reg bluffs less often than the odds he's offering you. Meaning that if he bets 1/4 pot, he's offering you 20%, and I think most regs don't bluff 20% of the time so you can fold.

      Vs Fishes
      The average reg bluffs way more often than the insane odds he's offering you. Meaning if he bets 1/4 pot and offers you 20% pot odds, I think they usually bluff way more often than 20% so you should call.
