I second barrel against regular on the turn, but he is fish ,I thought he wouldnt fold second pair so I checked.
and on the river I thought of raising but he pot bets so I thought it can be higher flush and called.
should I miniraise here and fold against another raise?

      Hey Daisuke3823,

I agree that under normal circumstances this might be a good spot to 2nd barrel. In fact, given that villain has 60% Ftcbet turn and 0% Ftcbet flop it still will be.

If you felt that turn stat was not accurate here due to sample then I prefer your check-back. If the stats are vaguely accurate you should barrel, and would be my choice given the info.

I agree with your river comments. Raising small is probably the best play here. Obviously it really sucks if you have to raise/fold but I think you should have enough value from any pairs vs a fish to min-raise.
