      Best play here? I think there's a good chance he is bluffing, I think if I shove he might fold Jx, if he has a flush we get it in most rivers anyways, so call?

      Yes, call.. you have position anyway so if he doesn't vbet Jx, you can bet and he usually calls it. I agree that you don't miss value when you just call, not enough scare cards that would make his value hands fold.
