      Flop: bet/fold for val/prot

Turn: Never sure whether to bet/fold or check behind in these kind of spots. If I am OOP I mostly just bet/fold. Since the FD was present and villain was LP I opted the bet/fold for thin value and protection.

Which line would you prefer on the turn and why? Would you almost always take this line or only against villains who are capable of calling the turn with FD's?

hes a fish so i dont expect him to check/raise or start betting out when we check. but could call worse hands if we bet.

i think he could call some worse hands on the turn like FD and overcards and straight draw so im fine with the bet. whether we bet or not is determined by how wide villain calls, he is definitely calling flush draws but what about A high? K high? gutshot straight? in order to bet for value with 2nd pair which easily gets weakened we need him to be calling wider than just flush draws. if we opt to check though im not calling a river bet because i dont expect him to be bluffing rivers when we check turns.
