      Hi,

On the flop I think he is just betting air most of the time trying to represent Q, so I didn't raise to scare him off.

turn K is a scare card so I decided to check behind hoping he would bluff the river

my river line would have been r/c if he didn't check.

What do you think, is this the best value line?

Sb seems to be somewhat out of his mind so I could even make some min-raise on flop to induce him to overplay. Call isn't a bad option, if you know he keeps on being aggressive on multiple streets.

When he checks that turn I'd be tempted to bet. This might be the last street to get value from him, so bet here and bet river.

when he checks i dont think hes betting the river already, i wouldnt expect him to make a thin value bet with Qx on river so i would rather bet turn and river myself hoping for calls from weaker hands.

i dont like your plan of raise/calling river because when he raises over you on the river its usually 2p sets or better so i would prefer a raise/fold line with overpair.
