Preflop: either 3b/fold or call and play OOP. Opted to call to avoid isolating myself against a stronger range. However, in hindsight I think that a 3b/fold line might be better because I would still expect him to call something like: 77+,AJs+,KQs,AJo+,KQo

Although I think he mostly 4b's KK+ so it might be more like:

Either way I'm still ahead of both these ranges and I would have the PFA.

Which do you think is better and why?

      As played...
Flop: HU vs the CO I might x/rai bluff this spot sometimes since I have a gutshot and might get some pairs to fold. Multiway however I decided to just check/fold. When it gets min bet I am actually getting the correct expressed odds to call for gutshot.

Turn: With top pair on quite a wet board I decided to bet/fold for some thin value from some JX hands, (KJ in particular). MP was unknown so I might get some value from a slightly wider range with him. If I check then it gives weaker pairs a chance to check behind as well as all the JX hands. It's an easy fold if I get raised.

River: Not sure if there's any thin value to be had on this river. I think the CO will definitely check behind all hands that I beat and rarely bluff me, so its between x/f and bet/fold here for me.

What do you think about the bet sizing here? Should I even be going for thin value?

      Hi Muel,

Preflop: I think that a small 3-bet could do wonders here. Villain has shown that he doesn't like folding and his range is rarely strong when he just isolates to 3x. It would be a 3-bet/fold though. I'd make it 50c or so.

Postflop: I think that just calling those min bet is a mistake. We should raise the flop as a semibluff as CO rarely ever has a strong hand and the fish can have anything. So if we can win this 12 BB pot it would be great.

Your turn and river bets should both be higher. And yes we should bet for value. Remember CO rarely has a strong hand so I doubt he has any 2p+
