      Hi.

      I think checking back on the Flop will probably maximize your EV more. Your hand can only go for 2 streets of value so I would check Flop and under-represent my hand. It's the best way to make a bad player misplay his hand.

      -Bluffs too often, and we can call T+R
      -Pays us off too light when we bet T+R

      I don't really like betting this Flop unless you think he calls with a ton of worse. Would you fold to a raise here?

      Yes I would have folded vs a raise here.

      A lot of the times, if you would fold to a raise, then you should probably not even be betting.

      I think vs this passive guy if you bet you probably need to fold to a raise cos he may raise some KX here and probably has fewer air hands. But vs aggro guys with more polarized raising ranges (they only raise 2 pairs or better for made hands, and draws and some air), then you have to bet/call if you bet QQ here.
