Hero shows Q:club: Q:spade: (Straight, Queen High)
      Hero wins 62.28 BB

Should I raise river, and how much? I think he bluffs almost always, KQ is unlikely but still it is either pure bluff or Qx maybe KQ. So is it better to just call?

      Hey Gingerkid,

Preflop, would definitely open larger unless you felt the blinds were ok regs and preflop balance was important.

Ok to pot flop on this texture.

Turn is ok. I'd also consider raise/fold. Most villains will flat draws OOP rather than 3bet and you potentially have value.

River raise for value is fine. You want to keep it as small as possible on 4-to-straight board to maximise chances of getting called by worse straight or 2pair.
