      Flop: (6 BB, 2 players) A:diamond: 6:spade: 9:diamond:

      Hero checks, BB checks

Hero shows 5:spade: A:club: (Two Pair, Aces and Tens) (Pre 58%, Flop 92%, Turn 73%)
BB shows Q:diamond: K:spade: (One Pair, Tens) (Pre 42%, Flop 8%, Turn 27%)
      Hero wins 30.4 BB

Is it ok cbet 1/2 to make him float (folds cbet 33%, probably sb vs bb even less), and bluff catch on later street? Fold river?

seems like a fine plan to me.

flop - with a small CB and his tendencies to call CB i think he floats wide, probably not so wide on a A high board but the FD and middling cards do have draws.

turn - as planned we can bluffcatch here

river - i think i would call again if he bets this river. i dont expect a T to be betting so big on the turn, his hand on the turn is polarised to a bluff or an A and i dont think A would go for a value bet again on the river. if he had AJ+ i would expect him to 3bet pre flop so against Ax we would split anyway.
