      Hi.

      Preflop: I would 3bet here by default. SB is not a good position to call, and despite villain being nitty, i think TT has a lot of value vs a BU opening range.

      Turn: I would fold the Turn when BTN fires twice. Unless you know he has a high Turn cbet frequency. Look at the board texture on the Flop and his F cbet %. It isn't too high and that board in a 3way pot is pretty terrible to cbet as a bluff. So we can assume that he either has a strong made hand or some flush draw.

      On the Turn, everything got there, and he probably checks back something like 9X. So we are crushed by his betting range and we should fold. Only thing we beat here is stuff like T8s which we block since we have 2 Ts in our hole cards.
