      I think preflop is fine.

On this flop should i bluff raise or just calling is ok?

On the turn, i think betting small is best? I think that he will ch/f often and i don`t need to bet big here?

After he checked call, guess the river bet is ok? He might fold Kx. Size?

I think bluffraise is a little better than flatting. If opponent is straight forward player then he would fold his air and sometimes medium hands as QQ-TT; 9x
4$ bet is fine on the turn, although if he is giving up he would likely also c/f river, so instead of betting turn and likely have to forced bet on the river.
Once he c/c turn I doubt he would fold on blank river, so unless you want to overbet 18$-20$ I would rather just give up

      best regards,
