So villain seems quite good player according to his stats. What does it mean his small cbet? Flop doesn't hit his range so I decided to call here, because reraise here will make him fold worse hands. The turn also doesn't look dangerous, but he bet 2nd barrel and I think I should fold here, am I right? I think I am only ahead against flushdraw..

      SB: $5.19 - VPIP: 13, PFR: 11, 3B: 5, AF: 2.9, Hands: 1018

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BB with 9:diamond: 9:heart:
6 folds, SB raises to $0.15, Hero calls $0.10

      Flop: ($0.30) J:spade: 3:spade: 3:heart: (2 players)
SB bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

      Turn: ($0.50) 7:heart: (2 players)
      SB bets $0.20, Hero folds

      Hi Factorious,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: 13/11 is rather tight but he raises in SB so his range should be larger (you should be checking his steal % in SB).

Given how he bets he is most likely on a weak pair like TT-44 or draw (or a monster) and I wouldn't fold the turn. We can even raise for thin value there.
