Hi, villain is one tabling guy who played 4th out of 5 of his hands.
First thing: what would recommend here to isolate with no one good on the left? Would raise hand like A3o?
F and T: I was raising for value against many draws, worse Q and 9's.
R: many draws just hit and I dont think 9's gonna call and Im not sure if there is enogh combos of Qx to make profitable bet even for 10$.

      Hi.

Preflop: Isolation range really depends on position. A good rule of thumb is that you should not be isolating hands that you are unwilling to open with from a particular position. If you are not opening A3o preflop in CO, you probably shouldn't isolate with it UNLESS the fish is just such a massive donk that you want to play as many pots with him as possible.

Since this guy is kind of loose, 4 out of 5 times probably means his VPIP/PFR is going to be at least 50-60% in the long run, I would iso-raise slightly looser than my CO stealing range. So if you steal 25% here, maybe you can iso-raise with a 30% range.

Vs tighter fishes you should probably isoraise with a tighter range than what you would steal with.

Flop and Turn: I think the raise is fine, maybe you want to make it slightly smaller when your kicker isn't so strong. I know it's not too likely he has a Queen but in general vs fish I just bet larger with more nutted hands and smaller with thin value hands. but it's not a big deal, your size could work too.

River: He may/may not have the straight or flush. I think I would still raise here again, to 15$ and fold to a raise.
