terrible play, thought to induce some bluffs or get value from weaker hands, straight draw... Now I think it was stupid idea and once he snap raise me all in I think I should have folded... Maybe just check turn and call/bet river

Preflop is OK ofc, postflop there's a lot to talk about. First of all, you are a bit deep so you have to bet a bit more than 1/2 pot on the flop to leverage stacks and get AI by river on a favourable runout.

When faced with that raise I think calling is fine. His value range that beats you is not very wide, it will be about 11 combos so you don't need him to have very few hands like slowplayed JJ+, QJ, Tx, J8, etc to make a call here.

On the turn, when he checks again I think his range is more likely to be weak so I don't mind your bet for value and I don't think your sizingis bad either. What I really dislike is your shove call. Your opponent is either with some Tx on the turn that will check/call or will check/shove sets, 2pair, straight imo. Ofc, he will also shove a spazz once in a while but not often enough so your hand is a fold.
