3bet pre is not mandatory imo.
As played, I would raise flop to get it in. Yes, NFD is something he probably doesn't fold but he has 88% cbet, I want to include many strong hands in my flop raising range so I can also raise many hands as a bluff. He also looks like the type than barrels reasonably often so I don't want to only float and then fold. That said, this hand is definitely strong enough to double float but then it gets tricky to bluff him on the river since he has an above average WTSD. I think you can consider raising quite big and commit on turn. You should have enough FE, you can rep 78s and slowplayed sets, 69s, 66 probably still in your range.
