Is my hand strong enough in this situation to raise PF?

The pot was tiny on the turn, so I'm not sure if it was worth trying to increase it with my draw.

I didn't think there was a FH on the river because I'm sure that if someone had a K there would have been more betting on flop/turn

I would just bet the flop and try to take it down immediately since its so dry and people dont fight hard for limped pots.

Rest of the hand is played fine. I think he has a flush way more often than a boat and u have the nut flush so u should push river.
