Preflop: Hero is BB with K:diamond: , J:diamond:
SB posts small blind ($0.01), Hero posts big blind ($0.02), UTG3 folds, MP1 calls, 3 folds, BU calls, SB calls, Hero raises for $0.12, 2 folds, SB calls

      Flop: ($0.32 - 16 bb) Q:spade: , 6:spade: , 3:heart: (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.20, SB calls

      Turn: ($0.72 - 36 bb) 5:club: (2 Players)
      SB checks, Hero checks

      River: ($0.72 - 36 bb) J:club: (2 Players)
      SB checks, Hero checks

Preflop: Raising to get value from pocket pairs/SC.

Postflop: I put SB on 22-TT, Ax, SC and BW.

I'm not sure if my flop cbet is good as the flop does have a couple of draws present and is low (better for his limp/calling range).
After he calls the flop I give up unless I hit.
On the river when he checks I'm pretty sure I have the best hand.
      The question is do I value bet? I could get a call to a small bet from 22, 44, 77, 88, 99, TT, JT, 5x, 6x, maybe even 3x.
So in conclusion I think I should bet $0.36-0.40 on the river for value.

      Is my reasoning correct?

Flop - agree with your reasoning

River - I would expect a Q to bet out here for value so when he checksiit's usually a weak hand so I think we can bet for value against his weak hands. I'll bet small maybe 30 cents to get calls from 3rd pairs or worse
