      Fishy small blind, should I've put him all-in on the flop or have folded to that overcard?

      I'd rather just fold preflop against a rather-unknown opponent here.

      As played, calling the flop is fine.

      This turn improves a lot of hands, and I'm not sure if he shoves worse here, so I would fold here.
