      I cbet only 1/2 to induce bluff raise, because I saw him bluff raising blind vs bu few times. And he could also use the fact that we are deep to bluff me. I guess he could do the same, if I cbet 3/4, so I should bet larger?

      The flop is drawy so you can expect some bluff raises vs 3/4 pot imo. Apart from that, I agree with your line.. Regarding the river bet, I think making it about 35bb would be my standard, so not a huge difference but a bit bigger nonetheless.
