      I 3bet him a hand before same positions and he folded. Now short time after again, and he 4bets. I think people often 4bet when they see someone unknown 3betting twice in a row, so I 5bet.

      Is it ok to desperately bet river with that size? I think he calls bigger size anyway with AK, or PP if he thinks I am bluffing ( and it looks like I am). So maybe this size looks more as for thin value (depends how he thinks)

      Preflop and up until river is fine imo.. When someone checks twice in a 5bet pot, they are unlikely to like their hand too much imo and given the odds you give yourself for the bluff you should be quite profitable imo.. you have Q high, you can make him fold some A high and definitely the K highs in his range.
