      Is it ok spot to bluff catch? he steals bu 50% and folds to 3bet 49% so I should be ahead of most of hands on flop.

      Since you can barrel on clubs+overcards I would prefer start out c-betting. Even if player likes to float you can always take c/c line on the turn and river.
      Or you have option to turn your hand into bluff ant try him to fold better hand

      Against opponent who likes to raise a lot of c-bets then c/c is reasonable line.
