      Hey VasiliZaitsev,

      You should be defending light vs an 8% 3better. There is no need to ever have a hand like 45s in that range though. You can defend sufficiently often purely sticking to stronger hands with better equity.

      Obviously you should never fold the flop. My preferred line is to flat and bluff turn if checked too. If villain also has a high cbet turn in 3bet pots you can jam turn as a semi-bluff.

      I would not defend this hand preflop in the first place though.
