preflop: I was thinking about 3betting pre since he looks regish and is a quite uknown.

flop: I think check call is fine here. I let him bet all his range.
turn: Here i am not sure what should be my play. I was thinking about donking here since T is not a good barrel card and he should check back his draws.

river: After my call on turn i think that i have to call this river since there is lot of busted draws...

I like your line on all streets. I think he could be betting with a draw very often that missed and the only hands he's betting like that for value is trip T or full house and I don't think he's going to have it so often.

Check calling all streets with a good hand is a good way of getting value from aggressive regulars to induce them to bluff worse hands.

If you would be on Co instead of that villain. Would you barrel fd on turn?

Depends on the strength of the draw and the opponent.

For example I have a weak draw against a opponent that folds alot to cb, then I would most likely check the turn because opponent usually has a pair and that's either T K or 7 pretty often and I think he's calling the turn or check raising.

If I have a strong draw like A :club: 7 :club: against an opponent who folds very little to cb on flop with a wide range I'll probably bet it for value against worse flush and straight draws and to set up a bigger pot in case I hit against his stronger hands
