      Villain is unknown. Should i've value bet the river?

      Hi.

      We have no reason to believe than villain is on 7X. In fact, he should have folded the Turn with 7X hands, 77 already beats us. I guess we now lose to A7 which is a really small part of his range.

      Thus, the river is a pretty easy value bet. How much? I would just push here (this is a slight overbet). This can be compensated with better bet sizing on the Flop and Turn. Raise larger to 50-55 cents on Flop and bet larger on Turn as well. Then you will be left with a pot-sized bet on the River.
