      seems fine up until river like you said.

      in the majority of cases where i have seen this line it is usually a flush.
      player check/calls twice, flush hits and he is afraid you will simply check behind so he leads out.

      i would lean heavily towards a fold, especially readless

      the way hes playing it on the river is exactly like a flush. the bet is small but there is just no reason why hes donking like that without a flush or straight.
