      -----

UTG2 was loose passive. BB was unknown. However, given his low stack he seemed to be fishy.

Preflop: I decided to isolate hoping UTG2 will call and I can play him postflop. Wasn't sure what to do vs such a small bet from a short stack. From experience his range could be wide, AJ+, TT+ Opted to call and stack of if I flop a TP.
      Flop: missed.

      Hello,

Don't really like calling preflop and folding the flop here.
With this hand I would just fold preflop since I don't think he 3bets worse hands.

      Best,
      Plamen

      Hi kymupa

Thanks for the evaluation. I agree that folding ATo would be a better decision here. However, what should my calling range look here? I'm thinking about QQ+ & AK, but then I should just 4bet/shove it instead of calling. Could I call with AQ, JJ-TT and stack off on A high / below 9 flops (appropriately)?

Do you have stats on the opponent, when you say loose passive is he like VPIP 25, PFR 7, 3b 3

Against such an opponent I would stack off with QQ+ and probably call AQs+, AK, TT-JJ and stack off when you hit or avoid high cards with TT-JJ.

AK might be close, but we don't need to balance our range at this limit, and since your rarely are way ahead when he calls you, you shouldn't shove AK imo.

      Hi JCSeerup

I don't have stats nor do I know BB as he was knew. UTG was loose passive.

Nevertheless, I agree that AK may not be the hand I want to shove into him with and QQ+ would be a better choice.

      Thanks for the input!

Against an opponent who has 38bb and is 3betting us to 14bb, we shouldn't be inclined to call here - just shove or fold.

      Having this said - I'd shove here TT+, AQ+.
