      Hi guys

Villain is a decent reg, bit nitty.

Should I just lead out here? Lol, actually I think (pretty sure) that I'm almost never good when the money goes in on the flop v him.. But is there any point in check/raising to get value from TT, draws.. But fold when he 3bets?

Or just donk/call? But then on the turn.. So hard to get away although he has a higher set so much lol

      Hey,

You barely see any cbets here, I prefer just leading on the flop.

As played, you can consider check/calling, waiting for a good turn and then check/shoving.. he will usually feel more commited with overpairs but on the flop he usually doesn't pay off if he is nitty postflop as you say.

It's all relative hand strength, so your set can be mediocre sometimes and you just pay attention to not overplay it. :)

      Yeah it's hard :/

Can we lead/fold? Or lead/call and then fold v turnbarrel? Then why call the flopraise :P . It's weird because we are beat a lot but don't see a way out :) . Which line gives us the most potcontrol?

Usually lead/call... His raise size will allow us to outdraw some straights plus we also play vs 2pairs, don't forget that. Not to mention a single raise can still be a bluff or some thin value raise with JJ+ while when we stack off it's clear we are behind his range imo.

The whole difference is that we keep his range wider this way because we also look weaker when we lead than when we check/raise. This also doesn't account for all the value we can't from his flats.
