      I think you have to bet more turn. 4.50+. It is a valuebet against weaker overpairs and draws.
      On the river vs regular we can check since all draws missed, so he can probably bluff in a such spot. But vs fish we have to bet for value, because his calling range here is very wide. This CO looks fishy, so bet.

      Who is CO? What's his VPIP?

      I would be betting the River. C/C mostly allows you to bluff catch vs JT, but betting gets you more value vs TT/JJ/A9. 60% pot would be fine.
