      Hi Gonchan,

Preflop: Is your standard 3-bet OOP just 9 BB? I'd make it at least 10 BB.

Postflop: You have 300 hands on him and know how he has played before. I have no way of telling if he is straight forward or bluffy given the information you have provided.

What we do know is that on this board we can expect to be floated/called a bit more given it's texture so he can definitely have bluffs on the turn. The only question comes down to what can we expect on the river if we call and if we have to call the river. Is he aggro on turn/river?

His af 3.5 flop 5.7 turn 7.0 river

I think he would be aggressive on turn river,
      and my 3bet size is 8 IP 9 OOP. should I 3b 10BB OOP?

It depends on your ranges as well and what you expect your opponents to do.

Generally you have more value hands OOP and thus you can 3-bet larger. You also play OOP postflop so bigger raises may reduce the amount of pots you take postflop.

As played his AF seems rather high on all streets so we most likely have to call down not just turn. So either ck/fold turn or ck/call and ck/call. And before we call down I'd look at our recent history and image. If we have reasons to believe that he is really aggro/spewy or we folded a lot recently I'd be more inclined to call down.
