Sick 3bet really. 1) CO is tight, 2) Fish is in the pot, and he will call it often, so you will be oop vs 2 opponents in a huge pot.
I don't mind just folding or calling, it seems both options aren't bad at all because of this fish. As played I would check-call turn, mb river. If both check turn I would bet river.
About cbetting flop I'm not sure too, I also have some problems in a such spot, because if we get some calls our non-showdown winnings will fall very fast)

      Hi.

Preflop: UTG is 90/10? He is a super huge fish. You have to call the raise here and not 3bet so that UTG can play his hand as well. Since he is so loose he is going to limp/call almost always.

I don't like 3betting here, especially when this huge UTG fish will often limp/call 3b. Also, with hands like AA/KK/QQ here, I would make a small 3bet to 5$ and i think this UTG fish will overcall the 3b pretty often.

However, if the fish isn't so loose, like 35/10, then I would just flat my big pocket pairs to let him come along.

Postflop: Just keep on checking and bluff catching. I don't see any value in a Turn bet.
