I know his 3bet call represents a good range, but I think this board is perfect for a cbet , because lots of people call with pockets that they don't like to peel OOp on this board.

After his call I feel like giving up the hand but his small bet after I showed weakness and with a bluffcatcher on my side I decide to call. would you agree with my line?

      Hey Jazzy29,

I think 3betting a little larger vs min open is good to ensure you have fold equity, perhaps $0.70 or $0.80. Having said that, you can defend this type of hand profitably vs a min-raise in-position by calling.

Flop cbet is fine imo. Sizing is good.

No need to barrel a blank turn.

I think river is probably a fold. You are correct that you have a bluff-catcher. I don't think villain will have that many bluffs though. His range is a little bit stronger after cold-calling 3bet OOP, so he may have hands like AK/AJ or 78s that he feels are too strong to turn into a bluff. I would expect his betting range to be weighted a little bit more to better hands such as Qx. Calling is not ridiculous though.
