Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J:heart: J:spade:

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, BB calls 2 BB

      Flop: (6.5 BB, 2 players) 8:spade: 9:heart: 4:heart:
BB bets 3 BB, Hero calls 3 BB

      Turn: (12.5 BB, 2 players) 2:club:
BB bets 4 BB, Hero raises to 16 BB, BB calls 12 BB

      River: (44.5 BB, 2 players) 6:diamond:
BB checks, Hero bets 31 BB, BB calls 31 BB

BB shows 9:club: Q:club: (One Pair, Nines) (Pre 32%, Flop 19%, Turn 11%)
Hero shows J:heart: J:spade: (One Pair, Jacks) (Pre 68%, Flop 81%, Turn 89%)
      Hero wins 101.18 BB

I dont 3bet because he folds 78%, and is so tight, folds 60% to cbet flop so I use worse cards to 3bet him.

Is it ok to call flop even when he bets small? He cbets only 35% (which is exaclty the probability to hit something on flop) so I didnt want to raise (also doesnt make sense to raise if I didnt 3bet preflop? ).

On turn I raise because bet size is too small and looks like drawing hand. Bet sizes ok?

Preflop: His range is going to be really wide here. Firstly, we know that he is 36/10 so he is loose/passive. Secondly, Fishes defend blinds way more often than from other positions. If you don't believe this, go check his stats, and see his VPIP in BB vs other positions. I'm pretty sure it's going to be at least 50% of hands.

Flop: He leads the Flop, and JJ is crushing his range especially when he makes such a weak looking bet. Even if he bets 5bb I'm def raising here. We are ahead of JT/67/flush draws/9X/8X. I'm raising here to 12bb.

Turn: I would then bet pot on Turn and shove River.

This is not a cbet spot, this is a donkbet spot. So the Cbet stat is kind of irrelevant.
