I would usually 3bet this hand but he is going to 4bet/call with very wide range.

He also barrels a lot so I think it is better fold preflop? Is shove river fine? In 3bet pots he called my shove several times with middle or bottom pair, so I guess he also gives me zero credit in 2bet pots.
I block 66 full hause, so I loose only vs 99 and 88 and better flush and he could call with overpairs.

Preflop: Calling here should be the default play. In other positions vs tighter ranges, 3betting may make more sense not only for isolation but also to make the hand easier to play. But in BvB calling should be better.

River: We lose to 2 combos of quads, and 6 combos of boats. We also lose to a bunch of higher flushes which are very much in his range.

You can try counting the combos yourself as practice. Look at his opening range, assign him some X:cX hands. Think of hands which can hero-call on the River as well, such as trips (3X) and maybe JJ+. If you are ahead of his river bet/callinge range on average, then you have a value shove here.

Do the exercise, and I will comment on your assumptions.
