villain is a reg and the last few sessions he's started to get tricky. he was 3bet bluffing me a lot last session and this session he stacked off with TT after i 3bet him with AK. he's 22/18 over 426 hands. raise cbet = 30 (10)

on the flop i just don't believe a reg would raise a set/flopped straight here so i decided to try out a 3bet. i don't think it makes sense to ever raise a strong hand on this texture simply because i have nothing most of the time here and the most he can ever hope for is a cooler which isnt gunna happen very often - he mostly will get folds which sucks with a straight/set. not sure about this here. what do you think? i know i rep nothing too but if he has a bluff he can't do much...

Why would a reg not raise a set here? I know I would - The board has 3 straight cards and any 6 or 8 or 3 will kill the action.

I don't think you should be cbetting here - I would just check/fold. You will get played back at way too often if you are cbetting here all the time.
