      Hi.

      He looks passive and his 3b range is probably strong here. If we think his 3b range is strong, I don't like 4betting here. Just call to keep his range wider and hope to hit a set, maybe we can bluff catch some streets if we have an overpair.

      Flop: I would c/c once and fold the Turn if I flatted the 3bet.

      I'm sure his 4bet calling range is equal to his 3bet range. So if we aren't ready to stack (for example on low flops) and give him tight range then we should fold preflop. Am I right?

      Firstly im not sure how u came to that conclusion that his 3b range = his 4b range. Secondly i think even if both ranges were the same, if we are an underdog vs such a range thrn calling would be way better than 4betting as the 4b only isolates us vs better hands.

      Abt folding preflop if we were unwilling to stack off on low flops - well we could be calling to setmine but he is short so i suppose thats not rly an option.
