Preflop: Hero is CO with K A
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, BTN folds, SB calls $0.13, BB raises to $0.35, Hero raises to $0.88, SB folds, BB calls $0.53

      River: ($1.91) 2 (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero checks

      Villain seems a bit loose

I think I'm ahead here most of the time, so I raise, after BB squeeze, I reraise for value again, I think they could do it with worse Ax hands, perhaps even broadways.

After his call I assume Qx is in his range and decide not to bet, or rather give up here.

The T here improves what range I'd put villain on, so decided to give up.

Was not sure wether to go for thin value here, and for how much, not sure if villain would call with worse here?

      Hi Resilence,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I don't think villain will call with much worse and since we checked flop and turn I doubt he folds better (like pairs) so checking back is fine.

So I think you played it fine.
