Pacific, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

      UTG: $7.79 (77.9 bb)
      Hero (MP): $14.49 (144.9 bb)
      CO: $10.57 (105.7 bb)
      BTN: $10.38 (103.8 bb) ( 28/16) 70. Fold to cbet 33%
      SB: $8.80 (88 bb)
      BB: $6.26 (62.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A K
UTG calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.40, CO folds, BTN calls $0.40, 3 folds

      Flop: ($1.05) 3 9 J (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.70, Hero raises to $1.70, BTN calls $1

I cant really cbet here OOP. My Plan was to chk raise and barrel turn.

      Turn: ($4.45) A (2 players)
      Hero bets $2.30, BTN folds

I was going to barrel any turn. On such a scary board if he has something i think I will be raised on the turn. Where I can safely fold. Is this line okay? against a calling station type of player? What about bet sizing on Flop and turn?

      Hello,

The guy looks like he likes to call a lot so planning to bluff this guy is going to result in you getting called by some weak Jx or so and feel stupid.

I am definitely not taking this line against this guy and considering his stats and the board I'd just check/fold here.

On the turn betting is fine but I'd make it around $2.7.

      Best,
      Plamen

Can you please explain you thought on turn bet sizing? Why 60% of the pot, not less?

Well, we hit one of the best cards on which we can take value from worse hands, so I don't see any point in betting less.
